About The Position

All-Stat Portable, established in 1978, provides mobile X-ray and EKG services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and private residences. This Account Executive role offers the opportunity to own and grow a book of business with autonomy and support, making a real impact in senior care by improving patient outcomes through partnerships. It is a high-growth, high-visibility position crucial for revenue growth, client success, and company expansion. The role is balanced between account management and sales (50/50), focusing on retaining and strengthening existing relationships while identifying growth opportunities. It emphasizes building meaningful, long-term partnerships with decision-makers and offers a supportive team environment with access to strong leadership where ideas are valued and performance is recognized. Requirements

  • Proven success in Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales roles
  • Ability to balance relationship management with revenue growth responsibilities
  • Strong presentation and influence skills across all stakeholder levels
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support existing client accounts with a strong focus on retention and service
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across assigned facilities
  • Identify growth opportunities within current accounts and expand service utilization
  • Coordinate client meetings and maintain consistent communication touchpoints
  • Track, manage, and follow up on client needs and service requests
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal leadership teams
  • Maintain accurate account activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
