About The Position

Cybrid is a Series A fintech startup building the next generation of crypto-powered global payments infrastructure. Our platform enables fintechs, banks, and enterprises to launch compliant, scalable, and global payment solutions with one API. We bridge the gap between traditional financial rails and blockchain-native payments, helping partners launch faster, bank faster, and pay faster using stablecoins and Bitcoin. With deep expertise across crypto, security, banking, and payments, our team has scaled fintech platforms before and now we’re taking the Cybrid platform worldwide. Cybrid is seeking an Account Executive to spearhead our expansion into the North American banking sector. This is a "Player-Architect" role designed for a sophisticated operator who can navigate the complex procurement cycles of Canadian Tier 1 banks and secure foundational channel partnerships with US core providers (Fiserv, FIS, Jack Henry). We are at the intersection of traditional finance and next-generation orchestration. You will be the primary driver of our banking vertical, responsible for both high-level strategy and the hands-on execution required in a high-growth, agile environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a proven track record of selling mission-critical infrastructure to Financial Institutions.
  • The "Builder" Mentality: You possess the discipline of a corporate executive but the heart of an entrepreneur. You are comfortable working without a massive support marketing or pre-sales team and enjoy creating the processes you use.
  • Institutional IQ: Deep familiarity with the North American banking landscape, specifically the "Big 6" Canadian banks and the US core banking ecosystem.
  • Complex Cycle Mastery: Proven ability to navigate 12-18 month sales cycles involving rigorous InfoSec audits and regulatory scrutiny.
  • Domain Fluency: Strong understanding of payment rails (ACH, Wire, EFT), ISO 20022, and the strategic utility of stablecoins in B2B finance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with stablecoins orchestration and API infrastructure
  • A pre-existing network within the North American SMB/Fintech and banking ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in a Series A or B startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Drive new business acquisition with FI’s and other strategic verticals. You will lead the buyer group managing multi-stakeholder buy-in across Executives, Product, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Channel Distribution: Architect and manage strategic partnerships to scale Cybrid’s revenue through channel partners.
  • Design Partner and Strategic Selling: Serve as a subject matter expert on stablecoin payment orchestration. Tie value propositions around stablecoin payments You must be comfortable explaining flows of funds and how different use cases could solve client problems.
  • Market insight: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the sector.
