About The Position

We’re building a dedicated marketing team for a major sports-based attraction. This role is a full-time position within our company, embedded day-to-day with one client and fully focused on launching and growing their business. This is not a traditional agency role. You will be deeply integrated into the client’s team, supporting the Account Lead in running the day-to-day marketing operation and ensuring nothing slips. You’ll play a key role in launching a new sports attraction and helping build the systems and processes that support it. This includes initial launch, ongoing operations, and future expansions including touring experiences and additional installations. You are responsible for keeping the marketing engine running smoothly, ensuring ideas turn into execution quickly and efficiently. You are a full-time employee of our company, dedicated to a single client You will be embedded within the client’s day-to-day operations You will not juggle multiple accounts or follow a traditional agency structure You are expected to take ownership of execution, not wait for direction

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, project management, or marketing operations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple moving pieces without losing track of priorities
  • Strong communicator who keeps teams aligned and informed
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-as-you-go environment
  • Proactive mindset, you spot problems early and solve them quickly

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Lead in managing day-to-day marketing operations
  • Own timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination across creative, media, and production
  • Keep projects moving, proactively identifying risks, gaps, and next steps before they become issues
  • Act as the central point of communication across internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners
  • Manage workflows and ensure all work is delivered on time and at a high standard
  • Track campaign execution across channels and ensure alignment with overall strategy
  • Assist in preparing materials for key moments including launches, on-sales, and campaign rollouts
  • Maintain organization across calendars, deliverables, and priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Support performance tracking and reporting, helping surface insights and next steps
