We’re building a dedicated marketing team for a major sports-based attraction. This role is a full-time position within our company, embedded day-to-day with one client and fully focused on launching and growing their business. This is not a traditional agency role. You will be deeply integrated into the client’s team, supporting the Account Lead in running the day-to-day marketing operation and ensuring nothing slips. You’ll play a key role in launching a new sports attraction and helping build the systems and processes that support it. This includes initial launch, ongoing operations, and future expansions including touring experiences and additional installations. You are responsible for keeping the marketing engine running smoothly, ensuring ideas turn into execution quickly and efficiently. You are a full-time employee of our company, dedicated to a single client You will be embedded within the client’s day-to-day operations You will not juggle multiple accounts or follow a traditional agency structure You are expected to take ownership of execution, not wait for direction
