About The Position

SpotHopper is building the next generation of marketing software, helping small businesses, specifically local restaurants and bars. Launched in 2015, SpotHopper has become a leading all-in-one marketing and operations platform, working with nearly 20,000 restaurants and recognized as one of the fastest-growing tech companies. Their technology helps independent restaurants tackle online challenges, saving them time and money by elevating their online image, increasing exposure, attracting customers and qualified employees, and competing with national chains. The full Account Executive position is for individuals with sales experience, particularly in SaaS, marketing, full cycle, hunter-oriented roles involving cold outreach. AEs undergo world-class training and then engage directly in the field, meeting with owners and making sales. This role offers a clear progression path with opportunities for advancement into management, training, and new company roles.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle, from cold outreach to close
  • Work closely with our amazing Customer Success team as they handle the majority of the post sale work
  • Focus on bringing new business, selling to locally owned bars and restaurants using a consultative approach
  • Get into the field, meeting in person with owners demonstrating the SpotHopper platform and all our offerings, working with them to fill their needs
  • Hold 1-4 meetings per day, in person at the bar or restaurant with the owner
  • Cover a territory of roughly 45-1 hours radius (this is subject to change, and is territory dependent)

  • Compensation when starting as a full Account Executive: year one $100-125k OTE (Base $65-85k)
