What You’ll Do: As an Account Executive, you will support the day-to-day management of your clients, effectively servicing them, and proactively contributing to growing client and agency business. You’ll assist in the media planning process, including RFP collation, grid development, DOmedia utilization, platform mapping, and creating POP reports. You’ll track campaign timelines, ensure timely activations, maintain accurate campaign files, and coordinate with vendors to manage artwork and approvals. You’ll help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and media vendors while developing your industry knowledge through training, meetings, and events. You’ll also collaborate across departments, support your team with client marketing needs, and contribute to maintaining operational excellence through consistency and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A solid foundation of the planning process, including RFP collation, grid development, DOmedia, platform/mapping, planning tools and systems, posting instructions, and creating POP reports.
  • A base knowledge of the OOH media landscape, including client and supplier news and activity.
  • The desire and ability to learn new markets and work with local teams across multiple regions.
  • A growth mindset with the confidence to apply this within your work.
