Requirements

Proven success in Account Executive, Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager roles
Strong ability to influence and present to stakeholders at all levels, including executives
CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, NetSuite, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
Outstanding time management, organization, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in LTC, SNF, or healthcare environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Manage and support existing client accounts by coordinating client meetings, tracking and following up on client needs, and acting as a liaison between customers and internal leadership teams.
Role is focused on retention and service, not new business development.
