About The Position

Paysafe is seeking an Account Executive responsible for engaging both new and existing prospects to generate sales leads and guide them through the application process. The role also involves building new referral partnerships and collaborating closely with existing partners to strengthen and expand relationships. This is a hybrid position based in our Jacksonville, FL office, with an expectation of working onsite three days per week.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, required
  • Experience in banking or merchant services industry is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
  • Analytical skills for reviewing and interpreting statements
  • Team-oriented, assertive, goal-driven, and highly motivated
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in banking or merchant services industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Make 100–150 outbound calls daily and / or generate a minimum of 30 approved deals per month
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process
  • Provide additional information to prospective clients as needed
  • Conduct rate analyses when required
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing referral partners
  • Support the in-house sales team as needed
  • Prepare materials for mailing campaigns
  • Assist with marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and events as needed
  • Promote value-added products such as Clover, Cash Advance, and Telecheck
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets
