About The Position

PK Software is a pharmacy management platform designed specifically for compounding pharmacies. PK Software enables pharmacies to streamline operations, improve compliance, and deliver better patient outcomes through modern technology. As PK Software continues to modernize its go-to-market strategy, we are building a dedicated sales team focused on accelerating adoption of our platform across the compounding pharmacy market. Role Overview PK Software is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to own new business sales for the PK Software platform. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of inside sales and outside sales activities, including virtual demonstrations, outbound prospecting, and representing PK Software at industry events and trade shows. The ideal candidate combines SaaS sales experience with pharmacy industry knowledge and is comfortable managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract signature. This is a high-impact role within a growing SaaS organization and will play a key part in building the future sales engine for PK Software.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Identify and engage new compounding pharmacy prospects through outbound and inbound sales motions.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand pharmacy workflows, operational challenges, and technology needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing how PK Software improves pharmacy efficiency and compliance.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecast deals and sales activity within the CRM.
  • Manage multiple opportunities at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Represent PK Software at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships with pharmacy owners and decision makers.
  • Conduct onsite meetings and demonstrations with prospects.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful handoff of new customers.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and customers to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Contribute to the development of PK Software’s evolving SaaS sales motion.
  • Support the expansion of both inside sales and field sales strategies.
