About The Position

The Account Executive is responsible for seeking expansion opportunities while creating and managing the relationships with strategic enterprise business accounts both new and existing. You will be expected to quickly gain detailed knowledge of WebCE's suite of products and services in order to expertly match our solutions to client problems. Join us in a thrilling role as a Full-Time Account Executive at WebCE, a leader in eLearning solutions. As an Account Executive you have a hunter mentality and are willing and able to source your own leads. You will be comfortable making sales calls by phone and presenting virtually with limited face-to-face interactions. You are about to embark on an exciting journey where you will develop a territory plan, build a robust pipeline, and outshine the competition to increase market share. You will independently generate demand through strategic sales activities focusing on high-value deals with enterprise-level accounts. You will cultivate lasting relationships with clients, transitioning from a vendor to a trusted partner, and advocating for their needs in negotiations. You will work in synergy with cross-functional teams to drive seamless implementation and foster account growth. Your exceptional skills in planning, organizing, and facilitating key business reviews will be showcased, propelling our success together.

Requirements

  • Customer-first mindset and strong discovery skills
  • Robust prospecting, selling, and closing abilities
  • Proven track record of working both independently and in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to leverage internal resources for problem-solving
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with sales tools such as Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM, among other sales supporting applications
  • College degree or have equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Minimum of 2 years of closing experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship

  • Background includes selling B2B e-learning, insurance (specifically life and health), and/or SaaS to enterprise-level customers.
