About The Position

Drive sales performance by effectively presenting and selling Buffini & Company’s Work by Referral systems and memberships to real estate professionals. The role focuses on consultative and relational selling through phone, email, and video to meet or exceed sales and productivity targets.

Requirements

  • College graduate or technical school
  • Minimum of 2 years prior inside sales, consultative sales, or telemarketing experience.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed a monthly quota of $10,000 MRR.
  • Convert new prospects into customers and upgrade existing members.
  • Work to achieve and maintain a goal of 4 meetings per day (Meetings defined as: a minimum of 30 minutes with a "member" or "prospect" to present an opportunity to purchase Buffini & Company products).
  • Sell all events to all levels of membership and new leads.
  • Conduct a minimum of 50 calls per day to assigned members and leads via phone, and video.
  • Proactively manage and prioritize a 1,500+ membership database, focusing on referrals, mentors, training students, current product utilizing members, and assigned marketing leads.
  • Follow a structured follow-up cadence to maximize conversions.
  • Manage and follow up on marketing and SDR-sourced opportunities using a structured, consistent approach.
  • Actively work to close any assigned sales cases in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date and within standards for all applicable Sales Team Rules of Engagement.
  • Deliver business consultations to potential members, uncovering needs and positioning Buffini & Company solutions.
  • Mark all Business Consultations with applicable dispositions to track progress.
  • Maintain mentor relationships to include GROUP sales of 100 Days, CFSP, Ai, and other training programs.
  • Identify Brokers and Mentors within assigned database who can host team meetings to introduce Buffini & Company offerings to larger groups.
  • Send special offers for events, training, and promotions to Brokers and Mentors.
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, call productivity, and lead sources.
  • Join Daily Standups hosted by your Team Leader and be ready to share applicable metrics and data
  • Maintain technical proficiency in Salesforce for keeping a clean database of notes, organization, and progress tracking.
  • Utilize Outreach and complete daily task assignments for sequencing progress and call organization.
  • Ensure a one-business-day response time for all internal and external emails and Teams messages.
  • Stay up to date on Buffini & Company products, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Recurring Revenue: Responsible for generating sales from the following programs: CFSP Ai (starting in May) CRM New Biz Pro New Biz & Upgrades from CRM Digital Pro (Coming in June) 1 to 1 New Biz and upgrades from CRM and Pro Leadership New Biz (Generated by SDR outbound efforts, e.g., REMAX Brokers)
