About The Position

As an Account Executive, you’re not just “in sales.” You’re a connector, hunter, and relationship-builder. You’ll develop and grow a strong base of local commercial clients while driving new business that fuels our annual sales goals. You’ll start by understanding what matters most to the customer, then align our expertise to solve it. You’ll report to the Sales & Marketing Director, operate with confidence in your market, and bring a proactive, hunter mentality to the table. If you love building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing meaningful deals that help businesses keep their doors open, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  • A proven track record of winning and closing new B2B and commercial business.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Confidence managing sales goals and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • A strong sense of urgency, curiosity, and problem-solving drive.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Frequent local travel for client meetings, job site visits, conferences, and networking events.
  • Job sites may include active construction environments, weather changes, noise, safety gear required.
  • Flexibility to attend business functions outside traditional office hours.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • This is a safety-sensitive role.
  • You’ll follow safety protocols on job sites and use provided PPE when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restoration, construction, or related industries.
  • Advanced experience with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and industry-specific software.
  • Deep understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales Prospect and secure new commercial clients overseeing 2M+ sq. ft., including property managers, facilities teams, healthcare systems, insurance partners, emergency response teams, and education institutions.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies..
  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to first job.
  • Maintain a strong, accurate pipeline and consistently hit revenue targets.
  • Represent Compleat at industry events and in the market.
  • Relationship Management Build long-term partnerships with key stakeholders that generate repeat business and new service opportunities.
  • Understand each customer’s unique needs and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Use CRM system to align expectations and sales efforts.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process, championing communication, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
