About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, high energy, analytically driven relationship builder with experience in Wholesale or Retail sales. Buyer experience is a plus! In this role you will cultivate and expand our existing specialty wholesale accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities to grow our market share! This position focuses exclusively on our specialty store business, representing the brand to multi-lifestyle retailers, women’s boutiques, men’s specialty stores, gift shops, and Western retailers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, brings both strategic insight and sales passion and is motivated by building lasting partnerships and delivering measurable growth.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of business, retail, and/or sales experience preferred; recent graduates with strong customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interest in sales and business development with a desire to grow within the role
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to meet or exceed quotas
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently Ability to leverage multiple resources and tools to achieve sales objectives
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and apply feedback
  • Resilient with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be able to travel by car, including overnight travel up to 5+ days per month

Nice To Haves

  • Wholesale and/or account management experience in a similar industry is preferred but not required
  • Comfortable analyzing basic sales and financial data to inform decisions
  • Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Identify and open new business throughout the territory
  • Host seasonal in-store events to increase sell-through and brand visibility
  • Track and analyze metrics throughout sales process to optimize performance
  • Partner with retailers on Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning, inventory strategy and ROI improvement
  • Conduct seasonal Business Reviews with store owners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities and keep accounts aligned with financial goals
  • Execute quarterly customer events at the LA office to deepen engagement and drive revenue
  • Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
