Requirements

  • Experienced in selling workforce solutions / staffing.
  • Capable of understanding Industrial industry workforce challenges
  • Competitive, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced and high pressure environment.

  • A “hunter” and enjoys the thrill of finding clients that can benefit from our temporary staffing and direct hire recruiting services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop full knowledge of assigned sales territory and account base
  • Prospect new opportunities for business
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling and networking.
  • Secure new accounts and expand existing ones through effective proposals and networking.
  • Consult with clients to identify talent acquisition and workforce needs.
  • Enter daily activities into CRM software for tracking purposes.
  • Exhibit the company's values and follow company processes.
  • Serve as a resource for labor/workforce management solutions.
  • Work with Operations staff to ensure service delivery and provide updates to management.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to evaluate staffing performance and workforce trends.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the sales process with a proven record in development and revenue generation.
  • Represent the organization at industry expos and networking events to boost visibility.
  • Professionally handle rejection, meet budget and quota expectations, and commute within the territory.
