The Account Executive interacts with clients on a day-to-day basis while developing and maintaining relationships with both client and carrier representatives. You will prepare applications, specifications and marketing strategy for new business as well as the renewals of assigned clients with some degree of supervision and approval from your manager. You will take on the role of lead consultant and primary point of contact for assigned clients. The Account Executive will have day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients and will have retention targets and may have revenue goals (rounding out). This is a full-time position, working in our White Plains, NY office. We offer the flexibility of a hybrid schedule. Working in the office is required (other days from home) and is essential for fostering interaction and facilitating your network and career development/mentorship of support staff. Being in-office allows for spontaneous collaboration, immediate feedback, and stronger team relationships, all of which are crucial for your professional growth and success
