About The Position

Account Executive (New York, NY) Sales are core to how Codes Health grows. Our customers trust us with mission-critical workflows that directly impact legal outcomes and patient care. Closing the right customers, setting expectations correctly, and building long-term partnerships is top priority. As our First Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end. From first conversation to close to early account expansion. You will help define how we sell, who we sell to, and what great looks like before there is a playbook. You will be selling a complex, high-trust product into demanding customers, and you will help shape our go-to-market motion from the ground up. Culture matters to us. How we sell, how we treat prospects, and how we represent the company.

Requirements

  • A high-caliber seller with experience in B2B sales, ideally in operationally heavy products
  • Strong at discovery. You know how to ask the right questions and listen closely
  • In-person oriented. You believe trust is built faster face-to-face and value working closely with the team

Responsibilities

  • Sell
  • Help build our playbook for the company's sales team
  • Represent Codes Health at conferences, in-person meetings, and industry events as we scale distribution
