About The Position

PebblePad is a leading ed-tech company partnering with top-tier colleges, universities, professional organizations, and credentialing bodies around the globe. We’re expanding in the U.S. market - and this is a unique opportunity to be part of that growth. We’re looking for a driven, dynamic Account Executive to join our U.S. team and help shape our sales strategy. You’ll be joining a company with real opportunities for career advancement. In this role, you’ll collaborate with senior leadership, customer success, and marketing to build and execute a go-to-market strategy for your region. You’ll also be instrumental in supporting customers and driving adoption of PebblePad across their institutions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS (Software as a Service) or technology, selling to higher education institutions in the US.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, entrepreneurial, and passionate about your work.
  • Strong time management skills with a disciplined approach to organizing your day.
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow and refine your sales skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (such as HubSpot) and business development tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Driven, hard-working, and committed to delivering outstanding results.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with creativity.
  • A record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets within specified timeframes.
  • Experience of leading face to face sales meetings with potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership across the company to identify short, medium, and long-term opportunities in your territory and contribute to the GTM strategy.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute your regional plan aligned with the GTM strategy.
  • Work closely with business development and marketing on regional GTM and territory plans.
  • Support customer success and business development teams to drive growth and expand usage of our products and services with current customers.
  • Coordinate with other PebblePad departments (e.g., Product, Marketing) regarding challenges and opportunities in your territory.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and account details in a CRM system.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Consistently achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and sales bookings.
  • Present PebblePad to executive-level prospects and generate excitement throughout their organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Focus on increasing brand awareness and engagement for PebblePad in your territory.
  • Stay informed about market trends related to PebblePad and their impact on target markets.
