Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (payroll strongly preferred), with a strong track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market accounts
  • Strong understanding of the tech sales landscape and sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HighSpot, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Actively and aggressively seek out new customers, win new business, and fully own the sales cycle
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Develop and sustain Broker / Partner relationships
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to drive pipeline and close deals
  • Accurately forecast and manage pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Represent Netchex at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
