This is a full-cycle Account Executive role responsible for owning both inbound and outbound opportunities, managing deals from initial discovery through close, and driving expansion within existing customer accounts. In this role, you will work closely with customer experience and support leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations to understand their operational challenges and help them adopt AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce support burden, and deliver better customer outcomes. This role is well suited for an experienced B2B SaaS seller who enjoys consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and is comfortable selling a technical, AI-enabled platform. You will partner closely with Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process to ensure strong alignment and long-term customer value.
