About The Position

Actively looking to hire an Account Executive to support the West Jordan, UT area. We have multiple openings and the role requires comfort with outside sales. The position involves visiting prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 90 minutes driving distance) to present and pitch a new program opportunity, generating interest to apply. The Account Executive will qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application and vetting process, tracking lead activity and managing the pipeline in Salesforce. Responsibilities also include supporting the Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (e.g., lunch and learns, townhall meetings, coffee chats) and partnering with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Weekly import of excel spreadsheets into Salesforce is also required.

Requirements

  • 2 years in sales and/or customer service experiences
  • Locals to area are highly preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency
  • Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field
  • Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)
  • Ability to travel up to 4 hours round trip distance daily

Nice To Haves

  • Field sales is a plus
  • Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus
