About The Position

As an Account Executive at Perry Weather, you will play an instrumental role in fueling the company's growth through new customer acquisition and expansion. This position requires you to build and manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to securing deals. We are seeking ambitious individuals who aspire to be top performers. Requirements

  • 1+ years of closing experience in a hunting/prospecting environment
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a competitive drive and resilience
  • High attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience at a growth-stage SaaS or connected hardware company
  • Background selling into sectors like education, parks & recreation, golf, or construction

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle - from outreach to close
  • Consistently hit weekly call and demo KPIs
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person demos with prospective customers
  • Build and nurture lasting customer relationships
  • Achieve quarterly and annual quota requirements
