Tractor Zoom is hiring a self-motivated and proactive Account Executive to join the Sales team focusing on the Ag Equipment Dealer Market in the US. If you are an Account Executive experienced in selling SaaS solutions, or Heavy Equipment Dealership experience, and would like to take a step forward in your professional career, come join the Sales team at Tractor Zoom! We are building a world class sales team right here in Des Moines while creating value for our customers as their trusted advisors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience exceeding quota as an Account Executive, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven experience and success in hunting for and landing new accounts while driving value, crushing numbers, and creating a meaningful rapport with champions and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills.
  • Incredibly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure and exceeds targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture or heavy machinery market is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • You are a hunter who thrives on creating new pipeline and closing new logos.
  • You want to apply your skill set and have the autonomy to make things happen.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows and sales meetings to grow the pipeline.
  • You want to control your own destiny while hitting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain all opportunities and communications in Salesforce CRM.
  • Other duties as assigned.
