The Account Executive is responsible for maximizing profitable sales growth by regularly representing Shamrock Foods Company's products and services on a commission basis to restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutional establishments through face-to-face interactions. This role involves prospecting new customers, building and maintaining a customer base, and enhancing customer success through various support activities like menu engineering, food cost analysis, and product demonstrations. The Account Executive is also expected to share market intelligence, new product innovations, build multi-level relationships, manage accounts, leverage technology for customer efficiency, and participate in ongoing training.
