About The Position

360view is a hospitality and tourism earned media–focused PR agency that helps brands secure meaningful coverage and build real visibility. We’re looking for an Account Executive who wants to become a strong, well-rounded publicist . In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing media outreach, developing story angles, and contributing to campaigns that deliver real results. While our work includes influencer and integrated campaigns, this role is centered on earned media execution and storytelling . Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in public relations or communications
• Experience with earned media outreach and pitching
• Experience in hospitality and tourism is preferred
• Strong writing skills and understanding of what makes a story compelling
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in building a long-term career in PR

Nice To Haves

• Experience securing media coverage
• Familiarity with media databases and list building
• Understanding of how earned and influencer efforts work together
• Strong instincts for angles, timing, and storytelling

Responsibilities

• Build targeted media lists and conduct ongoing media research
• Proactively pitch media and support outreach efforts across accounts
• Draft press releases, pitches, and media materials
• Identify timely story angles and support campaign execution
• Track placements, media engagement, and reporting metrics
• Assist with influencer coordination as part of broader campaigns
• Support day-to-day client communications and account needs
