About The Position

TECOBI is currently looking to hire an Account Executive. The Account Executive (AE) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth of TECOBI dealership clients. This position combines client relationship management with sales and revenue responsibilities. The AE is accountable for maintaining client engagement, minimizing churn, and driving upsell opportunities to maximize account value. TECOBI is revolutionizing the automotive sales industry with our innovative Hybrid intelligence platform that seamlessly integrates human and machine communication. Our platform is designed to enhance the customer experience and improve dealership operations through cutting-edge technology and AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to support a high-volume client portfolio (200+ accounts team).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Nutshell) and account management platforms (Asana).
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Full-time in-office role, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, weekend availability as needed to support dealers.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding & Activation
  • Lead the onboarding of new dealership accounts, ensuring smooth setup of TECOBI tools (DMS integrations, credit, bots, specials, trade tools).
  • Conduct manager calls, and blastoff calls to ensure confident use of the platform.
  • Track/ Watch onboarding progress using asana.
  • Ensure accounts are marked as “live” once all onboarding milestones are met.
  • Account Management & Retention
  • Manage a portfolio of 200+ dealership accounts, serving as the primary contact for decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships across accounts.
  • Lead strategic account reviews with decision-makers.
  • Own retention outcomes and be accountable for churn across assigned accounts.
  • Execute save strategies for at-risk accounts, supported by Account Specialists.
  • Document all key account activities, updates, and decisions in Nutshell.
  • Revenue Growth & Upsells
  • Drive upsell opportunities for packages, Phone/Text Ninjas, Facebook advertising, and software upgrades.
  • Expand business through referrals, dealer sister stores, and group contacts.
  • Sell new contracts and re-sign previously canceled accounts.
  • Manage contract upgrades, extensions, and rescinds to increase account value.
  • Engagement & Communication
  • Account Executives are required to conduct a minimum of five decision-maker meetings per day. Failure to meet this standard may result in corrective action.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Specialists, and the Training Team to ensure client success.
  • Each team is required to hold a weekly strategy meeting to align on the following week’s goals, client status, and task distribution.
  • Mandatory bi-weekly meetings with Management to review account health, address concerns, and ensure the alignment of priorities.
