About The Position

We're seeking a Client Sales Executive at Merlin Cyber focusing on Veeam Software. The Client Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, sales, account management, contract negotiation, and providing excellent customer service. This role is based in Tysons, VA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Software Sales and Account Management skills
  • Specific account expertise, as well as knowledge of the Enterprise Backup Space
  • Experience in lead generation and customer service
  • Contract negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry and products
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify opportunities in federal agencies and ecosystems.
  • Lead sales cycles, including responding to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Present solutions that align with federal requirements.
  • Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and procurement officers.
  • Partner with internal teams and Veeam Software to deliver successful solutions.
  • Stay informed about federal procurement processes, compliance, and identity trends.
