About The Position

The Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to meet client needs. The Account Executive acts as a liaison between the client and the company, working closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and enhance client satisfaction. Your Impact Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide effective solutions. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospective clients, utilizing networking and relationship-building skills. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment in service delivery and client expectations. Track account performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to management regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Successful Candidate Will Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Pay Range: $84,200 - $110,000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role. Requirements
