About The Position

IT Insights is partnering with Bene-Care to find an Account Executive. The Account Executive plays a key role in driving sales performance, developing strategic sales plans, and supporting the success of the Sales division. This full-time, exempt position works closely with and reports directly to the Vice President. This role offers on-track earnings of $100,000 to $125,000 in the first year, consisting of a base salary plus projected commission. Actual compensation may vary depending on performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develops and executes strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and business growth. Identifies new business opportunities and cultivates relationships with prospective clients. Manages procurement efforts, including contract review and sourcing to support operational needs. Collaborates with the President/CEO and other stakeholders on marketing initiatives, brand development, and communication strategies to enhance the sales pipeline. Reviews and refines sales approaches to optimize effectiveness and customer engagement. Utilizes CRM tools to track performance metrics and maintain comprehensive records of sales activities. Attends client meetings and prospect engagements to represent the company and close deals. Fosters strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to support client needs and strategic goals. Conducts ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions. Performs additional duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Demonstrated success in a senior-level sales role with measurable results. Strong background in consultative sales, with experience managing executive-level client relationships. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficient in delivering compelling presentations and negotiating effectively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Notes This hybrid role may require occasional travel by car. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background screening.
