To the outside world, we call this position Account Executive, but internally, it's known as SOW-short for Share of Wallet -because that's exactly what this role is all about. Think of it as a farming role: your focus is on growing existing accounts, not chasing brand-new ones. You'll partner with current Encore customers to expand services, secure renewals, add new locations, and become their go-to resource for all things fire protection. These aren't cold leads-you're stepping into warm, trusted relationships where we've already proven our value. Your mission? Deepen that trust, uncover new opportunities, and keep things moving forward.
