Flip's technology integrates directly into a company's tech stack to personalize interactions and resolve complex issues, offering HIPAA-compliant AI for healthcare and brand-sensitive CX solutions for retail. The company is a small team of 50 with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK, and has recently secured its Series A funding. This role is for an Account Executive, described as a "mercenary of CX," who will report directly to the Chief Customer Officer and lead a Go-To-Market expansion in either the Retail or Healthcare sectors, aiming to replace outdated systems with high-velocity AI transformation.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new revenue across MM and Enterprise accounts ($50K–$250K+ deals and beyond)
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and earn the right to own mission-critical customer interactions
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to shape the platform through real customer insight
• Move fast, challenge legacy processes, and help build a world-class GTM engine
