About The Position

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for a designated set of customers within the Supermarket Channel (Walmart). You will focus on achieving key pillars including profit, volume and share goals. Additionally, you will manage the annual customer joint business plan, daily execution of all company standards, pricing management, customer relations, managing customer commercialization calendars, forecasting (based on channel criteria), actively managing Look of Success (LOS) and stewardship of our annual Retail Strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 4-6 years Proven sales experience/customer management required
  • 4-6 years Beverage or CPG selling experience required
  • Understanding of promotional activities, product lines and competitive positioning
  • Effective leadership and coaching skills
  • Must possess the ability to think strategically and have the ability to improve the Organization’s performance within the assigned customer base
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Goal oriented and highly motivated
  • Margin Minder UXT, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, ANAPLAN, Excel

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years Sales operations experience preferred
  • Successful track record of building strong business relationships within the marketplace preferred
  • Understanding of marketing and commercial activation preferred
  • Collaborating For Value and Collaborative Business Planning Skills preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with customers as well as internal and external associates
  • Collaborate with NAOU Team and the customer to develop winning brand, package, marketing, merchandising and execution plans that deliver Company Pillars and overall Performance Profit.
  • Communicate monthly activity and track overall performance
  • Conduct business reviews with customers to discuss performance and secure incremental activity
  • Sell-in innovation items as well as incremental SKUs, packages, equipment, and displays
  • Collaborate with Commercialization to create custom programs and point of sale tied to Pillar Programs and Local Assets
  • Collaborate with Field Sales and RSM to elevate overall execution performance
  • Responsible for problem solving for operational or executional issues with the customer
  • Train, coach, and develop Field Sales teams, utilizing customer insights and KPI tools to accelerate growth
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
