Join the Americas Voice & Mobility team at Infios as an Account Executive! In this exciting full-time role, you’ll be driving new logos within the Infios WMS install base —guiding prospects through the power of Infios Voice solutions. You’ll lead discoveries, qualify opportunities, consult on supply chain best practices, and shape winning proposals. With a strong mix of solution knowledge, business acumen, relationship building and presentation skills, you’ll drive real value throughout the sales cycle and showcase how Infios transforms supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of supply chain experience, with strong knowledge of warehousing and fulfilment processes.
  • Strong written, verbal, sales, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Honeywell Voice hardware/software solutions; mobility hardware and familiarity with Infios Supply Chain (Warehouse Advantage) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Drive software sales for the Infios Voice team via new logos, including voice as part of WMS RFPs and Honeywell Guided Work Solution (GWS) SaaS migrations.
  • Own the voice and mobility hardware and software pipeline, meet or exceed quota requirements, actively work towards closing sales, and provide regular updates on sales performance to leadership.
  • Overcome objections and address concerns to facilitate the closing process while serving as a trusted advisor by understanding prospect business priorities, technology environments, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct discovery with presales consultants to tailor solution demonstrations to each prospect’s unique supply chain needs, demonstrate Voice solution functionality and capability, and address technical and functional questions from prospects and the sales team.
  • Translate customer requirements into deliverable, value-driven Infios Supply Chain solutions, collaborate with voice and mobility hardware partners and internal teams to ensure effective solution design and fit, support sales processes by completing RFPs, building service estimates, and facilitating smooth transitions to implementation.
  • Understand client needs and align hardware solutions to meet their requirements while building strong partnerships with voice and mobility partners and distributors.
