About The Position

SwiftSKU is a YC -backed technology startup transforming the $650B convenience retail industry. We power over 3,000+ gas stations and convenience stores across the U.S. with tools that simplify operations and drive profitability. Our back -office platform handles reporting, analytics, and price book management while also automating scan data rebates for major CPG brands like Altria, RJR, and many more.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of full -cycle sales experience with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to small business and enterprise -level clients
  • Highly organized, motivated, and comfortable in a fast -paced startup environment
  • Strong negotiation, follow -up, and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to work on -site, 5 days a week in our Manhattan, NYC office

  • Proven success managing full -cycle sales from prospecting to close
  • Consistent achievement of 6 -figure annual sales quotas or higher
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting, leading demos, and closing multi -decision -maker deals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience selling to both small business owners and enterprise clients
  • Ability to manage a robust pipeline and forecast accurately in a CRM
  • A proactive, competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals and grow within the organization
