About The Position

Quorso is a high-growth scale-up backed by leading growth equity firm, Summit Partners (Klaviyo, Relex, Darktrace, Odoo).. The opportunity You will build and convert sales pipeline, working closely with the SVP Revenue, our Customer team and our leadership. These are true enterprise deals, requiring consultative selling, and the ability to build relationships across several areas of the organization. Some further details: Target market: large ($500m+ revenue) North American retailers Buyer: VP Store Operations; VP Retail Technology Other stakeholders: Stores, IT, Finance leadership Annual contract value: $0.5m - $5m Business case: hard 10x ROI from improving sales & waste, improving productivity, and consolidating IT footprint Sales motion: mostly outbound, non-competitive, strategic (new category) Team model: paired with Solution Consultant with deep sector/product expertise Reports to: SVP Revenue

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a sales-related individual contributor role (preference for 4+ years new logo acquisition experience)
  • Retail or other relevant large enterprise industry experience (either in sales or other roles)
  • A bachelors’ degree
  • Energy, persistence, self-motivation, positivity and restlessness
  • Growth-mindset, with a desire and passion for trying new approaches and scaling successful tacics
  • Ability to account map, prospect and self-source new logo meetings
  • A history of achieving and exceeding targets both individually and as a team
  • Strong sales discovery skills and training
  • Sound understanding of funnel math and pipeline management, forecasting
  • Great verbal and written communication skills (including in presentations)
  • Executive presence
  • A strong process orientation
  • A strong command of AI tools and resources to support efficient outbound, follow up and account based research
  • Ability to regularly travel domestically and occasionally internationally
  • A desire to work for a fast-paced, dynamic tech start-up

Responsibilities

  • Develop M/SQLs from events, roundtables, website, inbound, BDR, advisory board
  • Create, pursue and nurture your own prospects
  • Conduct rigorous discovery on accounts
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships across each customer
  • Scope and negotiate pilots and full deployments
  • Monetize contract expansion (in partnership with our Customer team)
  • Ensure your sales activity is fully tracked in our CRM (Hubspot)
