EQL is searching for a high-energy, ambitious Account Executive to own the Dallas/Texas territory. This isn't a "plug-and-play" sales job with a pre-written playbook. It’s a role for someone hungry to build something from the ground up and move into a leadership position. The company prefers to develop talent from within. This role is specifically designed for a senior individual contributor with the potential to move into a Pod Leadership role as the Dallas office scales. This is an in-office culture based in Addison 4 days a week. High commitment levels are expected because the mission - and the financial upside - is significant. You will own the full sales cycle (90–120+ days) targeting district leaders, supported by a high-energy BDR team. With a $400k target and a flat 10% commission on every deal, this is a role for a top-tier closer who wants uncapped earning potential.
