The SMB Account Executive is responsible for new logo acquisition and managing existing SMB relationships through a high-activity, process-driven approach. This involves understanding and developing customer needs early, nurturing prospects, and effectively qualifying opportunities to focus on high-probability deals. Success in this role requires disciplined planning for each opportunity and a coachable approach to managing objections and feedback. This is a hybrid role, requiring work with colleagues in a local hub on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, fostering an engaged and collaborative team environment.
