Luminate is the world’s most comprehensive entertainment data company. We are looking for a high-energy hunter to join our SMB team, specifically focused on our Film & TV (FTV) and SVM product lines. You will be responsible for putting the industry's most powerful production tracking and valuation tools into the hands of the production companies, agencies, and studios that drive the entertainment world. Your Role In Our Mission As an Account Executive, you will: Build a Net-New Empire: Develop a book of clients from scratch through aggressive outbound strategies—cold calling, targeted email, and LinkedIn outreach—focused on production companies and entertainment agencies. Master the Product Suite: Become an expert in Luminate Film & TV (FTV) to help clients identify pre-production opportunities and Luminate SVM to help them quantify the lifetime value of their content. Architect the Funnel: Leverage our elite sales stack to identify and close deals within the sub-$30M account sector, moving leads rapidly from first touch to closed-won. Execute Solution-Based Selling: Show entertainment professionals how our data helps them pitch at the right moment, benchmark their content, and model revenue with surgical precision. Own the Outcome: Collaborate in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating extreme urgency and a hands-on approach to hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas. Compensation & Benefits Earning Potential: Annual base salary plus commission and performance-based bonus incentives. Office Culture: This role requires 4 days a week in-office at our West Los Angeles (Sawtelle) location, fostering a collaborative and high-energy team environment. For candidates based in California: A good faith estimate of the salary range is $75k+ commission upon hire.
