Job Summary: PetPlace is seeking an Account Executive - Retention role focused on driving customer retention and growth within existing accounts while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will excel at managing client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Job Location: Remote - USA This position is remote, and you will work from a home office. Occasionally, travel to the nearest office may be required for in-person activities such as team meetings, training, and culture-building events.
