In this role, you will play a pivotal part in positioning the platform as the go-to solution for data science across enterprises, particularly within the financial services industry. You will engage with senior leaders, identify new sales opportunities, and drive the entire sales cycle. Your efforts will contribute to expanding the company’s reach and impact in a highly competitive landscape, ensuring that our innovative solutions meet the growing demands of our diverse clientele. As you build relationships and navigate complex sales processes, you will help shape the future of data science in finance.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of sales experience in Financial Services or Enterprise platforms.
  • Understanding of the Advanced Analytics ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of acquiring net-new logos and expanding territories.
  • Experience in navigating highly regulated sales environments.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Background in a startup or smaller company, demonstrating the ability to out-hustle competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of 3-4x quota focused entirely on net-new FSI accounts.
  • Conduct deep account research and territory mapping to target high-potential accounts.
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns to engage new clients.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first contact through to contract execution.
  • Maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage with specific activity benchmarks.
  • Achieve an average time-to-close of 12-15 months for sales cycles.
  • Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews within large financial institutions.
