As an Enterprise Account Executive for the Public Sector, you will use your extensive experience, domain expertise and consultative selling skills to initiate and support sales of Dayforce’s HCM Solutions to public sector agencies in the United States. You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique organizational challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on the Dayforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals. You will be passionate, enthusiastic and a successful seller who has experience working with internal teams and system integrator partners for hunting and closing large public sector contracts. You will be a key player in Dayforce’s field sales team to drive net new business sales and manage existing accounts in Public Sector vertical You will drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support. You will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Dayforce’s products and portfolio You will use your US public sector experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Dayforce as the cloud partner of choice to ensure customer success.
