About The Position

The Account Executive Premium Experiences is responsible for selling premium seating products at T-Mobile Center. This role focuses on driving revenue through the sale of premium products and packages. The position works closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and a positive client experience.

Requirements

  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1--2 years of related work experience.
  • Exposure to sales and/or sports management.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to think quickly and respond confidently.
  • Assertive, proactive, persistent and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to re-prioritize effectively based on changing sales needs.
  • Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow department guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Superior customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work under extremely tight deadlines.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Proficient with computers and standard office productivity tools.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and move throughout the venue during events.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 1-year experience of direct sales or client account management experience.
  • Premium Seating product selling experience
  • Established business contacts within the Kansas City metro area.

Responsibilities

  • Execute corporate sales calls and presentations to promote premium and group experience products and achieve established sales goals.
  • Proactively generate, solicit, and follow up on sales leads in accordance with departmental guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records related to sales activity, appointments, and account management.
  • Work closely with Premium Ticket Operations and partnership Activation to ensure inventory accuracy and high service standards for ticket purchasers.
  • Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support departmental sales and service objectives.
