This role is based in one of our Massachusetts offices: Reading, Cambridge, or Natick. This position involves managing a personal lines book of middle market accounts - standard home, auto, and umbrella policies. In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor for your clients, helping them navigate their personal insurance needs with confidence. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and customized solutions. Working closely with our production team, you’ll lead the renewal process, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations. You’ll also play a key role in securing existing business and identifying opportunities to expand coverage and services. By analyzing data and industry trends, you’ll craft strategic client service plans and reports that add value and build trust. Your expertise will help clients stay ahead of risks, while your proactive approach will foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A client-first mindset with a passion for building strong, lasting relationships.
  • The ability to communicate complex insurance concepts in a clear and approachable way.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

  • Tech Proficiency: You’re highly skilled in Microsoft Office (or similar tools) and can create polished spreadsheets and presentations with ease.
  • Tech Adaptability: You’re experienced with agency management software and can quickly learn new systems and processes.
