About The Position

As we're scaling our growing US business (already 50% of our revenue!), we're looking for an experienced Account Executive to accelerate our new business growth in the Americas. This is a hunter role for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives on taking ownership and driving results. You'll be responsible for developing and expanding our existing sales presence in this established market, focusing on building upon our current momentum and customer base. If you're someone who enjoys the autonomy of prospecting, building relationships with executives, and closing deals that make a real impact, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with new business focus (3-5 years preferred)
  • Strong outbound prospecting and relationship-building skills with executives
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, objection handling, and building business cases
  • History of running and closing deals successfully using typical SaaS frameworks (MEDDPIC, SPIN, Challenger etc)
  • Self-motivated, founding-type mentality with ability to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills for presentations and consultative selling
  • Experience in selling digital workplace, internal communication tools or similar SaaS verticals (preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools (nice-to-have)

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Growth: Identify, prospect, and develop opportunities within the US market through strategic outbound campaigns.
  • Own the Sales Cycle: Lead consultative sales processes from initial contact to contract signature, building compelling business cases and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Expand Pipeline & Forecast: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by leveraging our current market position
  • Represent Happeo: Attend industry events and customer meetings (occasional travel) while acting as a market intelligence source for the business.
  • Day-to-Day Activities: Research and identify new prospect accounts using sales intelligence tools
  • Execute outbound prospecting activities through calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified prospects
  • Update CRM with opportunity progression and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead qualification and campaign development
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and business cases for active opportunities
