As an Account Executive, New Markets at Medely, you’ll be responsible for opening entirely new territories and bringing our healthcare staffing platform to markets where we have little to no existing presence. You’ll build demand from the ground up, establish relationships with outpatient healthcare facilities, and close net-new business. This is a true hunter role with no SDR/BDR support. You will own the full new-business motion end-to-end: including self-prospecting, generating your own pipeline, and executing creative, multi-channel outreach strategies to break into new accounts. Success in this role requires grit, strong organization, and comfort operating in ambiguity. You’ll be navigating multiple stakeholders across the full sales cycle, testing what works, and creating pipeline where none exists. This role is best suited for sellers who thrive with autonomy and are motivated by building something from scratch.
