Position Summary: The Account Executive’s role is in sales and is responsible for selling products and services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales. The position requires the employee to reach their business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer sites. The individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain a professional image with integrity and passion. The successful candidate will communicate with staff, customers, partners, manufacturers, and distribution. Who you are: You possess excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. What you’ll do: Lead a team of sales, technical and support staff for Epoch’s US Navy business. Must establish working relationships at all levels (e.g. manager/director levels) of Partners and Providers. Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels within the US Navy and related FSIs. Identify and close opportunities within the US Navy. Develop and maintain vendor relationships with Epoch’s top vendors. Identify new prospective customers within the assigned geographic regions. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs).
