Senior Account Manager – Global Trip Support (Account Executive III) Location: Webster, TX (Remote) | Travel: Moderate, including international trips Join a team that powers global aviation. At World Fuel Services, we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with top-tier aviation clients. This is a high-impact role focused on delivering exceptional trip support services, driving customer satisfaction, and expanding our footprint in international aviation operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in aviation operations or trip support, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Deep understanding of flight planning, meteorology, and global aviation operations.
  • Strong customer loyalty and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
  • Confident, diplomatic, and persuasive in high-pressure situations.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring seamless trip execution and unmatched service.
  • Deliver Excellence: Lead quality assurance for all client trips, proactively resolving issues and ensuring operational precision.
  • Be the Expert: Provide consultative support on WFS Trip Support products and services, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
  • Drive Growth: Present and promote our full suite of services to existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to deepen engagement.
  • Lead Collaboratively: Coordinate with operational teams, disseminate client-specific requirements, and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Support Around the Clock: Provide after-hours and weekend support when needed, ensuring continuity and responsiveness.
  • Represent WFS: Travel to meet clients, lead presentations, and represent the company at industry events and meetings.
