As an Account Executive III - Retail Media, you'll manage larger / more complex accounts. Requirements

  • 7+ years of related experience
  • A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience
  • Expert interpersonal and influencing skills

  • Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment
  • Travel by car or plane with overnight stays

Responsibilities

  • Manages long-term relationships with key accounts; applies deep understanding of accounts and H-E-B business strategy to maximize sales opportunities
  • Serves as an ambassador to major CPG advertisers and their agencies, building the H-E-B Retail Media brand
  • Serves as a consultant and strategist on use of H-E-B media products to deliver value to customers that aligns with their specific business objectives
  • Serves as communications liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Develops / delivers sales bids, proposals, and presentations
  • Resolves complex customer issues and problems; ensures high-quality customer service; ensures correct product, service delivery in a timely manner
  • Develops sales programs designed to achieve budgeted sales goals and volume
  • Develops / nurtures relationships with suppliers to form strategic joint business plans
  • Attends to all relationship needs of major clients; drives satisfaction, engagement, robust relationship health; recommends appropriate services, solutions
  • Expands / manages relationships with existing customers; proposes solutions to meet their objectives; identifies cross, up, and repeat sales opportunities
  • Partners with marketing teams and agencies to integrate H-E-B into media and shopper programs
  • Grows / develops existing client lists; generates new business; supports pitches for new business and new client on-boarding
