About The Position

The Los Angeles Clippers are seeking a results-driven, self-starting Account Executive to join the Group Sales team at Intuit Dome. This role is focused on generating new group ticket revenue, growing existing business, and delivering exceptional experiences to clients. In this role, you will self-prospect, execute outbound group sales campaigns, and play an important role in filling the building every game. The ideal candidate will be driven, organized, and creative. This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, Ca and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more, Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts, NBA games, and special events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sports marketing or a related field preferred.
  • At least one (1) year of experience in group events and/or ticket sales. Sports industry preferred.
  • A successful track record of achieving sales goals.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn, contribute and flourish in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prospect, and sell new groups through daily phone calls, emails, and leveraging social networks.
  • Exceed monthly and yearly sales revenue goals.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Be a department leader in call volume and leveraging outside networking opportunities.
  • Promote an inclusive culture through teamwork and transparency.
  • Track communications and correspondence with clients using CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute game day events for clients.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
