WHAT YOU WILL DO Join our distributed sales team across Germany and the United States, united by a passion for innovative technology and a shared mission to help our customers become industry leaders. You will be at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in engineering history - selling Synera's AI Agent Platform to the companies that build our physical world. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-oriented sales professional who excel at expanding existing opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing market penetration to deliver sustained impact. Monday: You start the week with a Team Kick-Off to review goals and align on priorities, while engaging in outbound activities and reaching out to potential leads. Tuesday: You focus on qualifying the leads by pitching Synera and conducting demos to showcase its value. Wednesday: you conduct thorough use case screenings and deep dives with potential customers to qualify opportunities, and sync with your team lead, Markus. Thursday: You drive the closing process, aiming to finalize deals and secure new business partnerships. Friday: You use this time to refine strategies, seek feedback, and plan for continuous improvement in your role. ⚡ In 6 months: You achieve your first win(s) by successfully closing an opportunity! ⚡ In 12 months: You continue growing our customer base.
