Our sales team plays a critical role in driving strategic growth, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored transportation solutions that create measurable value. As we continue to expand, we are hiring Sales Representatives across multiple market segments including SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. As a Sales Representative at KCH Transportation, you will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within your assigned market segment. Depending on experience and background, you may focus on: SMB Accounts: $100M–$250M revenue customers with recurring freight needs Mid-Market Accounts: $250M–$500M revenue customers with scalable logistics challenges Enterprise Accounts: $500M+ revenue organizations with complex, high-volume supply chains You will develop consultative relationships, design multimodal freight solutions, and lead strategic sales conversations that result in long-term partnerships and sustainable revenue growth.
