About The Position

At Scribe, we’re creating a category-defining platform that changes how knowledge flows inside organizations. Our Enterprise AEs are responsible for landing Scribe's largest net-new enterprise customers and setting the foundation for expansion across lines of business. As an Account Executive, Enterprise at Scribe, you will: Report to Marcus Rider, Sales Manager, and work closely with peers across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product. Manage a high volume of inbound leads while actively prospecting into a defined set of named enterprise accounts. Focus on net-new sales, landing the first contract within key accounts through thoughtful discovery and value-driven conversations. Run multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles from first meeting to close, typically within a 3–4 month window and $50K–$100K ACV range. Deliver tailored product demos, executive presentations, and proof-of-concepts that clearly tie Scribe’s Workflow AI platform to customer outcomes. Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Sigma to manage pipeline, improve forecast accuracy, and share insights with GTM leadership. Contribute to evolving our sales motion by identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where we can raise the bar.

Requirements

  • You’ve led net-new, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the enterprise, and know how to turn cold accounts into happy customers.
  • You take a structured approach to selling, with experience using methodologies like MEDDPIC or SPICED to drive predictability.
  • You’re energized by balancing inbound velocity with outbound precision, and can prioritize without dropping the ball.
  • You value clarity, responsiveness, and rigor in how you manage your pipeline and forecast your number.
  • You’re curious about how things work, and you love helping customers connect the dots between problems and solutions.
  • You’re collaborative, coachable, and care deeply about being a great teammate while raising the bar for the team.
